Managing your Order

1. How can I register an account?

Registering for your own Fresbem Account, follow the steps below:

  1. Open your Fresbem Coffee website
  2. Click on [Login/Sign Up] button
  3. Enter your Full Name, Mobile Number, Email Address and click [sign up].
  4. You will receive an email to complete the verification process.
  5. Click through the link and create your own password.
  6. Your account is active now.

2. How can I subscribe & unsubscribe from Newsletters?

FRESBEM Newsletter is an email notification system which sends you the latest campaigns and events to keep you up to date with the best deals online. If you wish to unsubscribe from the Newsletter, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to [Profile] button and then click on [Account Settings] button
  2. Click on [Account Information] button
  3. Toggle off the [Receive Newsletter from FRESBEM COFFEE]

3. How do I get a receipt from my order?

You will receive a receipt through email after submitting payment. Subscribers can also access all purchase receipts under [Order History] button in your [Profile].

4. When will I receive my order?

The delivery lead time is depend on the pickup of FRESBEM COFFEE Logistics Partner, which basically take 3-5 days to complete.

5. How do I check my order’s status?

Our Seller will provide you a tracking number after order is successfully paid. All the delivery status can be tracked on our system

Brew Tips

1. How should I brew for the best result?

Follow these 3 simple steps for that perfect cup:

  1. Place Coffee Bag in cup and gradually pour 200ml of fresh boiled water over the bag
  2. Dunking the Coffee Bag Up & Down for 3 - 5 times
  3. Allow to brew for 4 – 6 minutes or until preferred taste, then remove the bag

2. How did FRESBEM COFFEE different from traditional brewing methods?

No machines or extra tools are required, just hot water to make a delicious cup of craft roast and specialty coffee. No compromise on flavour although it looks simple.

3. How should I store the coffee?

The key to preserving the freshness of our coffee is to keep it in a cool, dry, dark place away from direct sunlight. Also, don't keep your coffee in the fridge, as it tends to pick up moisture.

1.What is 'specialty' coffee?

Coffee is determined as 'specialty' grade when it receives a 'Quality Score' of 80 points or above from the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA). This score is based on a scale of 100 points and is judged using a variety of weighted categories including aroma, flavour, acidity, sweetness, mouthfeel, and balance.

2.Where does your coffee come from?

All our coffees are specialty grade, traceable, ethically and responsibly sourced from all over the world. They’re grown by some of the world’s best farmers who are just as committed as us in producing great tasty coffees

3.How do I choose a coffee I’ll like?

The best way to choose your coffee is start off by looking at the taste notes and roast profile of each coffee which match with your taste. It is shown in every packaging of our product.
